Actor
One
who does a

Playwright
One
play.

Stage
The
physical space
where the actors
perform.
Costumes
Clothes,
hats, and
accessories worn by
the actor in a dramatic
production.
Props
All
the stage
furnishings, including

Sets
The
scenery for any
given scene or act in a
play.
Makeup
Used
in theatre to
enhance the face and to
create special effects
such as old age, wounds,
and fantasy characters.
Lights

to create color,
mood, and intensity,
lighting is necessary to
see actors on an
otherwise dark stage.
Sound
Includes
microphones,
sound effects, music,
and anything needing
aural enhancement.
Producer
The
person who finds
the financial investors,
hires the director and
production staff, sets the
budget, and pays the
bills for a theatrical
production.
