in Dayton, OH. This Temple is mainly meant for
the Goddess Vana Durga.
The other gods in this Temple are Lord Atharva
Ganapathy, Lord Shiva, Lord Sarabeswara,
Goddess Atharvana Badrakali (Prathyangira),
Goddess Atharvana Rudrakali (Atharva Soolini
Durga), Lord Balaji, Lord Radhakrishna, Lord
Guru, Lord Sani and Atharva Nagaraja.



This temple is the first and only Hindu Temple in
the entire western countries to house the
Atharva Veda Devathas such as Lord
Sarabeswara, Prathyangira and Soolini Durga.
This is the first and only Hindu Temple in the
entire Midwest to house the biggest Shivalingam.
This is the first and only Hindu Temple that is
purely based on Atharva Veda.



According to Hindu Philosophies ,Lord Ganesha
is the first and foremost of all dieties.
Even though all vedas,Puranas and Agamas
speak about Lord Ganesha , Atharva veda speaks
more about Lord Ganesha.
The Part of Atharva Veda that tells or speaks
about Lord Ganesha is known as Ganapathy

In Hindu Temple of Ohio,Lord Ganesh’s Image
was installed according to specifications of
Atharva Veda as per the divine instructions of
Swamiji Sri Selvam Siddhar.


Lord Shiva is a major Hindu Deity, and one aspect
of Trimurti.Hindu Temple of Ohio is the only
Hindu Temple in the midwest to have the biggest
SHIVA LINGAM.
This was installed in the temple by Swamiji Sri

consort is Parvathy or Shakthi
