
It’s forms the very core of Sanatana Dharma/ Hinduism

Eternal without beginning or end, it is based on the universal Truths of timeless value, Hinduism is
more of a “way of life” than a religion or a cult

“Sanatana Dharma” is all encompassing and acts as a guiding force for realizing both the self and
the supreme as well as achieving peace, progress, harmony and prosperity for humankind at large.

The ultimate of all human efforts being emphasized on attaining ‘Moksha’ or ‘Oneness with the
Supreme’

And numerous scriptures reiterate that those committed to Dharma shall be blessed with material
affluence as well as spiritual wealth
It’s time…

For the reawakening of Dharmic Spirit
To rekindle the zest for supreme knowledge
To revive interest in our culture
To give back to our dharma the significance it deserves
To get back to our roots of greatness
“After a study of some forty years and more of the great religions of the world, I find none so perfect , none
so scientific, none so philosophical and none so spiritual that the great religion known by the name of
Hinduism. Make no mistake, without Hinduism, India has no future. Hinduism is the soil in to which India's
roots are stuck and torn out of that she will inevitably wither as a tree torn out from its place. And if Hindus
do not maintain Hinduism who shall save it? If India's own children do not cling to her faith who shall
guard it. India alone can save India and India and Hinduism are one.”
•
Many organizations have realized the systematic degradation and cultural erosion and are working
towards the revival of Hindu Dharma in ways they find meaningful.
•
And Sri Mallanna Charitable Trust is proud to be the one among those entities that strive for the
preservation and propagation of “Sanatana Dharma”.

 The deity presiding in the holy shrine is the God Shiva called MALLIKARJUNA Mahalinga
believed to be a Swayambhulinga or self-emanated Linga and regarded to be one of the 12
Jyotrilingas, known as Dwadasa Jyothirlingas

Bhramaraambikadevi (Bhrama means honeybee), the consort of Lord is believed to be one
of the 18 Sakthi-peethas popularly known as Ashtaadasa Mahashakthi Peethas.
 While ‘Mallikarjuna of Srisailam’ is second of this kind in Dwadasa Jyothirlingas, Goddess
Bhramaraamba is first of the 18 Shakthi-peethas according to Bharathakanda.
