A 15-foot flagpole stands atop the high school. From a point P in front of
the school, the angle of elevation to the top of the pole is 50º, and the angle of
elevation to the bottom of the pole is 47º. To the nearest foot, how high is the
building? Draw a diagram of the problem.

Let d = the distance from P to the building.

off the ground. How high is the seat off the ground as you travel around the wheel
if the radius is 17 feet?
