11th Grade Registration Process:
Complete Registration Worksheet
1. Get input from teachers in core classes.
2. Attend the DHS Course Showcase Night April 6th at 6pm to visit classes and meet
teachers.
3. Complete the AP Recommendation Form IF taking AP classes (available in counseling office).
*Note: PowerPoints are available on the DHS website under “Counseling.”
Finalize Registration
1. English teachers will hand out final registration forms on April 19 (B) & 20 (A).
2. GET SIGNATURES –
a. Parents must sign the registration form.
b. The AP Recommendation Form must be signed by current teacher for AP classes.
3. Meet individually with your counselor to select classes April 21(B) and 22(A) during English.
a. Bring your signed registration form and AP Recommendation Form (if applicable).
You MUST have a signed registration form to finalize registration.
Exit Levels
The term “Exit Level” is used to indicate the
amount or type of training required for a
student’s post high school career choice.
