What is Link Crew?
“Transition into high school”
program
Trains members of the junior and
senior classes to be Link Leaders
Link Leaders guide freshmen to
discover what it takes to be
successful during the transition to
high school and help facilitate
freshman success
Structure of program allows
freshmen to receive support and
guidance on a personal, peer-to-peer
level
Who are Link Leaders?
•Members of the junior and senior classes
•A cross section of our student body (i.e. leaders from
every “group” of student)
•Students who want to make a difference at our school
Link Leaders are trained to…
Facilitate small groups
Deliver classroom lessons
Take responsibility for their own
behavior
Be positive leaders and role models in all
situations—demonstrate CLASS!
