The Story of the “You Sunk my U-boat!”
During World War I and World War II Germany
used submarines known as U-boats. These
submarines were deadly machines that
severally crippled the Allied forces. Your
mission is to find and destroy these U-boats
making the oceans safe for Allied forces.

Game Directions
The goal of the game is to destroy the most U-boats in the ocean.
To play the game the class will divided into two teams. Then each
team will take turns picking a U-boat in the ocean game board to
hopefully sink it. You are then given a question about World War
II. If you answer correctly the torpedo that you send to destroy the
U-boat will successfully destroy the boat. If your answer is
incorrect the torpedo will miss the U-boat. As each question is
asked the number of ships sunk (or in other words questions
answered correctly) by each team will be kept track of on the class
whiteboard. After all the U-boats have been picked the team with
the highest number of hits wins the battle (or in other words the
game).
