Guidelines for your TrūAge Scan
• No lotion on forearm (72h).
• No physical exercise within the last 3 hours.
• No tattoos on forearm (inside).
• Always use the same arm (“strong” arm)
• Always scan the exact same spot.
• Always consider lifestyle and physical
condition of the person scanned (e.g. in case
medication is taken, etc.)
Personal Experience
• Lotion on forearm usually increases AGE scores.
• Physical condition (e.g. medication) affects AGE scores.
