Partners via the IBM Express Seller Flash enewsletter. Check out the
latest edition:

 The promotional offer templates in the Co-Marketing Center are
designed to drive in market IBM Express solutions and promotions in
the US and Canada.
 More flexible templates. Business Partner can customize multiple
areas, leverage IBM’s content or create their own and add their own
images, headlines and content.
 Business Partners can order up to TWO customized templates within
the quarterly offering period. For each of the two customized
templates, IBM will pay to print and mail from 250 to 2,000 mail pieces to
your contacts using the promotion code provided the in that quarter’s
IBM Express Seller Flash newsletter!

Select Administration > Business Partner Maintenance > Business Partner Logo Upload

Company Profile is based on Company Name, Address from PPS
Complete your CMC Create and Design profile by uploading your company Logo.
Uploaded Business Partner Logo will be pre-populated into Customable templates
Upload Logo file.
 File types accepted: jpg, tif, gif, png, pdf,
or eps
 Resolution must be AT LEAST 300 dpi.
 Width to height aspect ratio of 2 to 1. (ex.
2" by 1")

• You are now presented with the available Express Seller Postcard.
• Click ‘Customize’ to begin modification of your deliverable.

each.

• Clicking in any of 6 ‘Editable Areas’ allows you to add your information and
content specific to your company’s requirements.
• When completed, click on ‘Continue’ to proceed.

• A final checkpoint allows you to return to ‘Make Additional Changes’ if necessary.
• Once you are finished, click ‘Continue’.

• Confirm that you wish to approve your Postcard by clicking ‘OK’

• You will see confirmation that your Postcard has been submitted to IBM for
approval.
• You will receive an e-mail once your asset has been approved.

• If you would like to check the status of your Postcard, check the ‘Image Archive’.

• The Image Archive will display your Postcard.
• You can also send a draft of your project by clicking on ‘Send Draft’.

• Enter up to 5 e-mail addresses, a Subject Line, and click ‘Send E-mail’ to forward
your Postcard.

• Once your image is approved
• The Image Archive will display your Postcard.
• You can order your Postcard by clicking on ‘Order’

Submit your order for print
From the CMC Home page …
Print Delivery options:
1) Download the PDF print file for local printing
2) Email the final asset to colleagues for review
3) Order Printed asset through your regional printer, and choose Direct
Mail, Bulk Shipments or a combination of Direct Mail and Bulk.
Select Resources > My Campaigns >
Image Archive > Select approved

Click through the menus to choose your print deliver options, select your
lists (if applicable), make bulk quantity selections and schedule
shipments
