Achromatic Lens is an achromatic consists of a positive low-index Crown Glass lens
element cemented to a negative high-index Flint Glass lens element. The elements are
chosen so as to cancel chromatic abberration at two well-separated wavelengths, usually in
the blue and red region of the spectrum. Focal length is constant at those two wavelengths
and focal length shifts are virtually eliminated across the visible wavelengths. One frequent
use is to achieve diffraction limited focusing of a laser beam. Negative Achromats are
typically used when there is a need to eliminate chromatic aberration. In addition to reducing
chromatic aberration at the design wavelengths, sphericalaberration and coma are greatly
reduced.

Prisms are blocks of optical material with flat
polished sides arranged at precisely controlle
angles to each other, which deflect, deviate and
rotate beams of light as well as dispersing their

Wedge prism is commonly used in laser system for eliminating the reflections from the

Amici prism/Roof prism
Amici prism, named for the astronomer Giovanni Amici, is a type of compound dispersive prism used in
spectrometers. The Amici prism consists of two triangular prisms in contact, with the first typically being made
from a medium-dispersion crown glass, and the second a higher-dispersion flint glass. Light entering the first
prism is refracted at the first air-glass interface, refracted again at the interface between the two prisms, and
then exits the second prism at near-normal incidence.

Beamsplitter Cube is a more sophisticated type consisting of two right- angle prisms cemented
together at their hypotenuse faces. The cemented face of one prism is coated. Before
cementing, with a metallic or dielectric layer having the desired reflecting properties, both in the
percentage of reflection and the desired color. The absorption loss to the coating is minimal and
transmission and reflection approach 50%.

Cylindrical lens is used to correct astigmatism in the eye, and, in rangefinders, to produce
astigmatism, stretching a point of light into a line.They are available in either plano concave
or plano convex configurations. Plano-Concave Cylindrical lenses have a negative focal
length and are used for image reduction or to spread light. Plano-Convex Cylindrical lenses
have a positive focal length, which makes them ideal for collecting and focusing light for
many imaging applications.

Optical Low Pass Filter (OLPF) is had the function to eliminate this noise. Different thin line
direction should use the rightness OLPF to remove. Also for the different model number of
CCD, CMOS photo sensor parts have some differences on the specification, for compromise
the different model number and the low pass effect, so it need to be used various
dissimilarity incise angle (such as 45°, 0°, 90° and WPL), and design a combination of
low pass filter which contain “layer, thickness and IR CUT”,then we can clean the noise
which bring form screen.
Color Separation Filters
Color separation filters, also known as dichroic filters, are designed to separate visible light into usable
spectrum for such applications as: color correction, light balancing, control systems, studio and
architectural lighting, display systems, color film processors, color photocopiers, color television
cameras and many more applications.

Neutral Density Filter
Neutral density (ND) filters are used to
attenuate incident radiation without altering its
spectral distribution.The neutral density value
of an ND filter is related to the transmittance.

Bandpass filters are optical elements that are
designed to transmit a specific spectral band with
high efficiency, while reject others. The
characteristics of the bandpass are controlled by

IR-CUT Filter
IR-CUT Filter is the key part for digital mobile telephone with photographic lens, PC cameras,
telephone with image etc. It’s mainly is that the optical glass’ surface will be done a coating
with IR CUT, it only let the light-wave in stated scope to pass. Add the IR-CUT Filter between
lens and CCD or CMOS image sensor, can effectively to repress the wave disturbance which
cause by the pass of the light-wave whose frequency is higher than CCD or CMOS image
sensor, and also it can repress infrared light-wave, then make the image more clearly and
stability.
Material: IR-CUT Filter is made of optical glass with the coating of IR-CUT on the surface,
such as B270, D263T, BK7 ,IR-Glass(Blue-Glass)etc. Its shape can accord to the customer's
special request to produce.

Spherical Ball Lenses are commonly used for laser collimating and focusing, Larger spheres
are easier to handle and ease the sensitivity of translational alignment.Spherical Lenses offer a
variety of applications including endoscopes, microscopes, sensors, light condensers and light
receiver/throwers. These spherical lenses can be made into oval, square, rectangular or other
shapes.
LiNbO3 lens
Lithium Niobate(LiNbO3) Crystal lens is widely used as frequency doublers for wavelength > 1
mm and optical parametric oscillators (OPOs) pumped at 1064 nm as well as quasi-phasematched (QPM) devices. Due to its large Electro-Optic (E-O) and Acousto-Optics (A-O)
coefficients.

Aspherical lenses are typically lighter weight than traditional lenses and do not conform to
the typical sphere shape of lenses, meaning that their profile does not contain a sphere or
any part of a sphere. Aspherical lenses are used to reduce certain types of aberration
typically showing a much clearer picture than their traditional lens counterparts
Waveplate
Its properties are much better than the multi-order waveplate because of its thinner thickness
(less than 0.5mm). Better temperature (380C), wavelength (1.5nm) and incident angle (4.50)
bandwidth and high damage threshold make it widely used in common application. Also, it is
economical.

Optical rod lens
Rod Lenses are highly polished small diameter rods made of optically transparent homogeneous
materials. A carefully controlled manufacturing process produces rods (or fibers) with precise diameters
and unsurpassed surface quality. Optical performance is similar to a cylinder lens. Collimated light
passing through the diameter of the rod will be focused into a line.

Projector fisheye lens and Sphere screen
Fisheye lens is a wide-angle lens that takes in an extremely wide, hemispherical image.The
focal lengths of fisheye lenses depend on the film format.Fisheye lenses achieve extremely
wide angles of view by forgoing a rectilinear image, opting instead for a special mapping (for
example: equisolid angle), which gives images a characteristic convex appearance. A
panorama by rotating lens or stitching images (cylindrical perspective) is not a fisheye photo.
