use the data to find the target weight and
+/- tolerances of the SmartDispenser™
with your assembly fluid.

Dispense a full syringe allowing the
SmartDispenser™
to automatically record weights.
The statistical mean of the data is your
target weight.
The statistical standard deviation is your
+/- tolerance.
The SmartDispenser™ authorized administrator activates the scale
feature and inputs the target weight and +/- tolerance percentage into
the dispenser program.

Dispense onto the scale allowing the SmartDispenser™ to read the dispense
weight after each dispense. If dispense is out of tolerance a warning message
appears stopping the SD until cleared.
Actual weight dispensed and number of stops are recorded in an Excel
spreadsheet for post production statistical analysis and costing.
Reports can be accessed by any authorized SD administrator worldwide.
