BE, BG, HU, IT, RO, PL, TR partnership and school activities connected to ecological awareness,
renewable sources of energy, natural environment on a local, and on EU level

PROJECT AIMS
The main aims of the project were to shape students’
ecological awareness. We have fulfilled the aims by
working both individually and as a team during the six
meetings we have had.
As to our ecological aims we worked on strengthening the
students’ sense of responsibility for the natural
environment, which increased their knowledge of
renewable sources of energy and encouraged them to look
after the natural world on a local, and if possible, on
European scale.
Activities:
One of the numerous actions we have undertaken in the subject of the
protection of the environment is that we have measured our ecological
footprint, identified the situation of the environment in our regions and made
attempts at solving them by meeting representatives of NGOs, taking
measurements, monitoring our consumption of energy, planting trees,
becoming acquainted with the laws and regulations connected with the
protection of the environment, organizing eco-competitions in photography, or
collecting used batteries
We have prepared a whole range of material in the form of PPT on renewable
sources of energy, eco- friendly companies, the effects of the global warming,
etc.
Our actions have turned students’ attention to the issue of the protection of
the environment. They have also increased the students’ abilities to cope with
difficulties, which led to the improvement of the current state of the
environment.
A students also worked in international teams at workshops. We have
participated in an international lesson on the environmental problems. We
have created eco- dictionaries and come up with project slogans in the
foreign language.

The web page is common space for working and storing document
related to the project activities. The ppt-s, photos, videos, materials for

Summary
- Facebook group:The student was the most active on facebook
group. Actualy we have 181 members and stll active.
- PPT - Introduction of the project made by Italian partner
-The online follow-up energy consumption in 7 schools. The report
is an overall analysis of the energy consumption recorded in the partner
schools during the two-year span of time of the partnership. It is based
on data fed into a google document by every partner and a comparative
analysis of the recorded figures in the first and the second year of the
project. The document can be further used in follow-up activities by
other schools to monitor and improve their energy consumption: online

Friendly energy vocabulary

- ECO vocabulary on 8 language (BE, BG, EN, IT, HU, PL, RO, TR) This
is a document put together by the Hungarian team on behalf of the seven
partners in the Project. The purpose of the vocabulary is to list the main
terms connected with energy in seven different languages and to encourage
specific use of the mother tongues. It is also a good database for anyone
that might be interested in browsing through such a document for further
approaches of environmental issues: online doc, twinspace doc

collected material, comments to PPTs and we systematically discussed the
forms of work and kinds of approach.
We have created numerous common and individual outcomes and products
that have gone far beyond what was originally planned. Our cooperation was
very good with all partners conscientiously fulfilling their tasks.
