There is a misconception in the Latino community about what signifies
Healthy. The concept “healthy” means having enough to eat and having no
illness. However, the relationship between physical exercise and long-term
health is not easily recognized. The Latino Community needs to realize that
Health, Exercise, and Good Nutrition are absolutely necessary to maintain
good health and prevent obesity and its consequences.
