Classroom Promise
• Students came up with our classroom promise on
our first day of school. It is posted in our classroom
and serves as a reminder of the way we must act and
behave so our classroom can be a successful place to
learn.
• Students are also required to follow the school rules
that are part of our school handbook. We spent
substantial time going over these rules the first two
weeks of school.
Class Dojo and Steno
• Class Dojo will be used daily to note positive and negative behaviors.
Please be sure to check the app every night and discuss any behaviors
you see. Praise those positive notes!!!!
• I will also communicate behavior in steno daily. If we had a rough day, I
will be sure to note that with a short response. A smiley face is an
indication that our day was good!
• Please initial each night so that I know you are seeing these. If your
student is not writing everything or writing clearly, please discuss this
with them.
