OBJECTIVES
1. To identify ways in which the Municipality can respond to the
impacts of climate change within the parameters of its
powers and functions and its available resources.
2. To mainstream climate change adaptation into all activities
and functions of the Municipality.
3. To establish partnerships that can make a meaningful
contribution to adaptation processes.

FLOW AMBASSADORS PROGRAMME
• Youth development Programme that also ticks our social
development, local economic development and environmental
awareness boxes
• Conduct research, surveys and undertake mapping and in so doing
provide the Municipality with valuable insights while also learning to
see their town through new eyes.
• Through the process Ambassadors will:
• Learn about video making (scripting, filming and editing)
• Learn about story telling and blogging
• Learn about community mapping
• Learn about scale model building
• Leadership development
• Personal development
• Environmental and social awareness
