LES MILLS GRIT SERIES
2 to 3 GRIT SERIES classes are recommended per week, alternating
between Strength, Cardio, and Plyo.
Strength is recommended every week and Plyo/Cardio are interchangeable.
Payment and pre-registration are required to ensure a spot in this small group training class!

Reservations can be made up to one week in advance.
