Introduction
What is a virus, bacteria, and diseases?
-A virus is an tiny nonliving particle that attacks and
then reproduces inside a living cell.
-A bacteria is single-celled organism that needs a
nucleus.
-A disease is an irregular condition of an organism that
harm body functions.

What is a Pink Eye? - Pink Eye is redness and
swelling of the membranes which is part on your
middle part of the eyelids. Its very contagious, and
its characterized by is the eyelids and eyeballs
swelling.
Pink eye is the most understandable symptom of
conjunctivitis, which has to deal with an swelling of
the clear crust covering the white part of the eye
and inside coating of the eyelids. Pink eye can refer
to all types of conjunctivitis, or just to its
contagious ways.

How can we prevent the spreads of disease? -To
prevent Pinkeye to spread you should:

wash you hands often with warm water and soap.
 Don’t share eye drops, tissues, eye makeup,
washcloths, towels!
 Avoid touching your eyes
 Cleaning the surfaces like countertops, sinks, and
doorknobs can also help prevent the spread of
infectious pink eye.
How can this disease be treated? – It depends on
what is causing the pink eye for the doctor to
determined. To prevent spreading the infection don’t
touched you eyes with DIRTY hands and always
wash them when you eat, used the bathroom, and
when you come from school.

Do you need antibiotic or another type of medication? –
You use antibiotic, because If a doctor suspects
that the pinkeye has been caused by a bacterial
infection, they used antibiotic eye drops or ointment
or a medication called ophthalmic steroids to reduce
swelling. Their three type of Pinkeye Causes:
 Viral Conjunctivitis- Use antibiotics to cure it.
 Bacterial Conjunctivitis- Use antibiotic eye medicine
or drops.
 Allergic Conjunctivitis- To treat it don’t be where
smoke and pollen is located and use Eye drops.
Symptoms of Pinkeye
-Eye pain
-Your eye turn red and pinkish
-Sandy and scratchy feeling in your
eye.
-Then tearing comes.
