SEVERE SEPSIS - Sepsis + Organ Dysfunction,
signs of organ dysfunction in the following systems:
– Cardiovascular
– Renal
– Respiratory
– Hepatic
– Hemostasis
– CNS
– Unexplained metabolic acidosis
SEPTIC SHOCK – Severe Sepsis + hypotension
(despite adequate fluid resuscitation)
