BatChmod - This utility has several functions, but it is especially useful for
changing the user permissions on a file that won't allow you to modify or

Xoptimize - Xoptimize pre-binds applications so that they load faster. What
that means is that it helps applications to find where their associated files
are so that they can load them more quickly.

EmptyTrashX - Have files in your trashcan that won't trash? This utility will quickly
get rid of them whether they want to go or not.

ProcessWizard - ProcessWizard creates a nifty little menu that allows you to trash
any active process. Useful when you get that odd system message that
something can't be quit. It also allows you to change the UNIX "nice" value for an
application. So, if you have an application that runs too slowly, like VirtualPC, you
can reset its "nice" value for better performance.
