• 8” Round Cake Layer (Flavor of Choice)
• Vanilla Butter cream
• Garnet Decorating Icing
Love Letters
1. Base ice an 8” round cake using an EZ Ice tip and Vanilla Butter
cream.
2. Use a bowl scraper to smooth the sides and top of the cake.
3. A #4 tip and Garnet Decorating Icing are used to pipe the lines
and inscriptions
4. A #10 tip and Garnet Decorating Icing are used to pipe a bottom
bead border
Modern Love 8” Single Layer Cake
Ingredients
• 8” Round Cake Layer (Flavor of Choice)
• Pink Decorating Icing
• Garnet Decorating Icing
• Black Decorating Icing
Instructions
1. Base ice an 8” round cake using an EZ Ice tip and Pink Decorating
Icing.
2. Use a bowl scraper to smooth the sides and top of the cake.
3. A #10 tip and Garnet Decorating Icing are used to pipe half of a
heart.
4. Using the same #10 tip and icing pipe a bead border on the bottom
of the cake.
5. A #4 tip and Black Decorating are used to pipe the remaining half of
the heart.
6. Using the same #4 tip and icing pipe arches over the bottom border,
then pipe five dots on to the right side of the heart.

Ingredients
• 8” Round Cake Layer (Flavor of Choice)
• Pink Decorating Icing
• Blue Decorating Icing
• Brilliant Blue Decorating Icing
• Snapdragon Decorating Icing
• Garnet Decorating Icing
• Black Decorating Icing
Instructions
1. Base ice an 8” round cake using an EZ Ice tip and Pink
Decorating Icing.
2. Use a bowl scraper to smooth the sides and top of the cake.
3. A #5 tip and Blue Decorating Icing are used to pipe the birds.
4. A small spatula is used to smooth the birds.
5. A #5 tip and Black Decorating Icing are used to out line the birds.
6. A #5 tip is used to pipe the wings, beaks, heart, & feet.
7. A #10 tip and Pink Decorating Icing are used to pipe a top border.
8. A #10 tip and Garnet Decorating Icing are used to pipe a bottom
border.
Love Spell 8” Single Layer Cake
Ingredients
• 8” Round Cake Layer (Flavor of Choice)
• Vanilla Butter cream
• Pink Decorating Icing
• True Pink Decorating Icing
• Yellow Decorating Icing
Instructions
1. Base ice an 8” round cake using an EZ Ice tip and Vanilla Butter
cream.
2. Use a bowl scraper to smooth the sides and top of the cake.
3. A #10 tip True Pink Decorating Icing are used to pipe the word
LOVE.
4. The same #10 tip and icing are used to pipe a bottom bead
border.
5. A #4 tip and Pink Decorating Icing are used to pipe patterns on
the letters.
6. A #10 tip and Pink Decorating Icing are used to pipe two Daisies
and a top bead border.
7. A #5 tip is used to pipe yellow centers in the Daisies and green
leaves.

Ingredients
• 8” Round Cake Layer (Flavor of Choice)
• Vanilla Butter cream
• True Pink Decorating Icing
• Garnet Decorating Icing
• Black Decorating Icing
Instructions
1. Base ice an 8” round cake using an EZ Ice tip and Vanilla Butter
cream.
2. Use a bowl scraper to smooth the sides and top of the cake.
3. A #4 tip & Black decorating Icing are used to pipe the inscription.
4. A #10 tip & Garnet Decorating Icing are used to pipe eight large
beads around the top of the cake, as well as a bottom bead
border.
5. The same #10 tip and icing are used to pipe a heart under the
inscription.
6. A #5 tip & True Pink Decorating Icing are used to pipe the
remaining border.

• Lavender Decorating Icing
• True Pink Decorating Icing

Instructions
1. Base ice an 8” round cake using an EZ Ice tip & Lavender
Decorating Icing.
2. Use a bowl scraper to smooth the sides and top of the cake.
3. A #4 tip & Black decorating Icing are used to pipe the
inscription.
4. A #10 tip & True Pink Decorating Icing are used to pipe top
and bottom bead borders.
3 Layer Chocolate Bar Cake
Ingredients
• Half Sheet Chocolate Cake
• Double Dutch Fudge Icing
• Garnet Decorating Icing
• True Pink Decorating Icing
• Pink Decorating Icing
• Valentine-quins
Instructions
1. Cut a Chocolate Half Sheet Cake as shown on the “cutting guide”
2. Base ice the 3 layers using an EZ Ice tip and Double Dutch Fudge
Icing.
3. Use a bowl scraper to smooth the sides and top of the cake.
4. Apply Valentine-quins to the base of the cake.
5. A #10 tip, Garnet, Deco Pink, and True Pink icings are used to pipe
infinity hearts.
6. A #10 tip and Double Dutch Fudge Icing are used to pipe a bottom
bead border.
3 Layer Strawberry Bar Cake
Ingredients
• Strawberry Half Sheet Cake
• Strawberry Butter cream
• True Pink Decorating Icing
Instructions
1. Cut a Strawberry Half Sheet Cake as shown on the “cutting guide.”
2. Base ice the 3 layers using an EZ Ice tip and Strawberry Butter
cream.
3. Use a bowl scraper to smooth the sides and top of the cake.
4. A #4 tip & True Pink Decorating Icing are used to pipe a lacey heart
on to the cake.
5. The same #4 tip and icing are used to pipe dots around the top of
the cake.
6. A #10 tip & True Pink Decorating Icing are used to pipe hearts in
each corner.
7. The same #10 tip and icing are used to pipe a bottom bead border.

Ingredients
• Mega Cupcake (Flavor of Choice)
• Pink Decorating Icing
• Garnet Decorating Icing
• Vanilla Butter cream
• Large Valentine-quins & Mini Heart-quins
• Decopac Heart Ring & XOXO Pick
• Curling Ribbon
Instructions
1. A #809 tip & Garnet Decorating Icing is used to pipe the 1st of
three colors on the Mega Cupcake, repeat the step using
Vanilla Butter cream &Pink Decorating Icing.
2. Quins, Picks/Rings, and a Curled Ribbon complete the look.

Ingredients
• Mega Cupcake (Flavor of Choice)
• Pink Decorating Icing
• Garnet Decorating Icing
• Black Decorating Icing

Instructions
1. A #809 tip is used to ice the tops of the cupcakes.
2. A small spatula is used to smooth the tops.
3. Roll the edges of the Cupcakes in sprinkles or
quins.
4. A #4 tip and Black Decorating Icing is used to pipe
the inscriptions.

Ingredients
• Quarter Sheet Chocolate Chip Message Cookie

Instructions
1. Using a #10 & Vanilla Butter cream pipe two birds on the
cookie.
2. A #5 tip & Pink Decorating Icing are used to pipe the wings,
tails, & a heart.
3. A #4 tip is used to pipe yellow beaks and black eyes on the
birds.
4. A #4 tip & Garnet Decorating Icing is used to pipe an inset
border that spells out l-o-v-e.
5. A #22 tip and Pink Decorating Icing is used to pip a shell
border.

Ingredients

Instructions
1. A #10 tip & True Pink Decorating are used to pipe large
beads around the cookie.
2. A #10 tip & Decorating Pink Icing are used to pipe
smaller beads between the larger ones.
3. A #5 tip & Pink Decorating Icing are used to pipe the
inscription.

Ingredients
• 9” Chocolate Chip Message Cookie
• Double Dutch Fudge Icing

Instructions
1. A #10 tip, Garnet Decorating Icing, Ready Ice, and Pink
Decorating Icing are used to pipe the large bead
border.
2. A #10 tip & Garnet Decorating Icing are used to pipe
the inscription.

Heart Shaped Cutout Cookies
Ingredients
• Heart Shaped Cut-Out Cookies
• Ready Ice
• White 'n Glossy
• Chocolate Butter Cream
Instructions
• Bake cookies and allow to cool.
• Heat Ready in microwave until liquid.
• Dip cookie face down in the Ready Ice.
• Allow dipped cookies to cool.
• Add Red coloring to White 'n Glossy and heat in
microwave until slightly liquid
• Using a cut pastry bag pipe designs on the cookie.
