NUMBERS
I CAN USE THE RULES FOR DIVIDING INTEGERS TO DIVIDE RATIONAL NUMBERS
AND SOLVE PROBLEMS BY DIVIDING RATIONAL NUMBERS.
RECALL RULES FOR DIVIDING INTEGERS
• Same sign: quotient is positive
• Different signs: quotient is negative
DIVIDING DECIMALS
• Make the divisor a whole number by multiplying.

• When dividing fractions you multiply by the reciprocal.
