• Our ‘vision’ – But is this a good vision that you can defend?
– The specialist provides basic knowledge on to the pupils?
You can only be a specialist if you get directly taught the
correct instructions (worker - performer)
– The pupil knows the basic and should look to expand,
depending on the problem (thinker)
– Inventor: The thinking, but few perform. The execution is
done by others (fantasist)
• These three approaches or platforms each have their
individual character and should not be part of comparing.
There may be an interaction, but it is no must.
Each pupil should feel good in a determined situation.
