Static Pressure
What is Static Pressure?
Static pressure is developed within the blower
plenum to produce true forced convection

Why is Static Pressure important?
Static pressure directly relates to the amount of
heat transfer an oven can deliver
Greater the static pressure, greater the heat
transferred to the product
Static pressure ensures uniform convection
from the plenum to the product

BTU Closed Loop Convection
•Highest level of process control
•Ensures repeatable heating and cooling, oven
to oven, line to line, site to site
•Transfer recipes line to line, plant to plant
•Heating and cooling convection remains
constant
•Independent of temperature, voltage and altitude variations
•Programmable range of 0.5-1.5 IWC
Closed Loop Convection Control
•Ideal for Lead Free applications
•Stay within lead free process window
•Controlled heating and cooling
