What is a verb?
A verb is an action word. It describes
what something or someone is doing.
How do you conjugate a verb in
English?
The verb: to eat
1st- list your subject pronouns.
2nd – conjugate the verb
I eat
You eat
He/she/it eats
we eat
you all eat
they eat
Conjugating in Italian
Italian verbs come in 3 forms
ARE, ERE, and IRE
Verbs have different endings
according to which group they are in.
How do you know which group they
are in?
The infinitive will end in either ARE, ERE, or
IRE
What is an infinitive?
