Ought to
We use ought to show it is a duty to do something (следует,
следовало бы)
Needn’t
We use needn’t to show that we think it is not necessary (не
следует, нет необходимости)
Used to
We use used to do something to show that it is happened all
the time in the past, but does not happen now
Must
We use must to show that it is necessary to do something
Can - Could
We use can to show that something is possible or that
someone has the ability to do something
May - Might
We use may to ask and give permission
