Verbs of 3rd –io and 4th conjugations
Future tense of 3rd –io verbs and 4th conjugation verbs
are formed in the same way as future tense of the 3rd
conjugation, with the addition of an ‘i’ in EVERY form
of the verb. The ‘i’ will be short in each form,
because it precedes another vowel. See p. 488 for
rules on pronounciation and vowel ‘quantity’.
Both 3rd –io and 4th conjugation verbs form future
tense the SAME WAY, with an i in every place!
