• High-level planning and feasibility study to inform decision on advancing to PD&E

that the corridor residents, businesses, the traveling public and other interested parties have
meaningful participation in the process.

Evaluate the current conditions
 Identify alternatives / perform preliminary engineering analysis
 Evaluate potential impacts (social, natural & physical)
 Coordinate with federal, state and local agencies
 Involve the public in the development of the project


crossing of the Santa Rosa Sound
