Modernizing the NHHS Infrastructure
1. Track & signal improvements: 44.5 miles of new double track, signals & PTC
2. Structures & drainage upgrades: 125 deficient structures
3. At-grade crossing upgrades to meet Quiet Zone standards

5. State-of-Good-Repair improvements: Hartford Viaduct & Conn River Bridge
