 Meetings: multiple, within missions, with stakeholders, including Inspection Council
 Main outputs & conclusions so far communicated and forwarded
 E-inspection software team  communicate with SEI
 Coordination with TA project supporting local level & Twinning IED
 Coordination with training programme of TA project
 Coordination meeting organised by MoEPP  sharing & review of relevant docs
 Mutual participation in workshops of Twinning & TA in November & December

 Addendum 2: training  needs urgent endorsement
 Central planning & control of inspectors
 new Law should come into force
 Inspection Council should address Twinning docs sent,
to align to EU best practices
Overload in planning & reporting, evaluation of inspectors with financial penalties...
 Inspection Council activity should get the attention of EC
 Paragraph slightly reformulated
