• A “Muslim” is someone who follows Islam.
• Islam is one of the largest religions in the
world.

The Significance of the Angel Gabriel
• The angel Gabriel spoke to Mohammed,
revealing to him what would become the
Quran (the Islamic holy book).
Carlos Santana also believes that the
Angel Gabriel spoke to him. However,
Gabriel did not come to Santana with holy
messages. Instead, Gabriel instructed
Santana to perform that song with that
guy from Matchbox 20.
