I will definitely die

At the time of death and

practice of Dharma will

There are many cause of
untimely death
This human body is
extremely fragile
my family and friends
even my body will be

The Three Jewels
We realize the
danger that we are
in and the ability of
the Jewels to protect
us from the danger.
The Three Jewels can help Us
I take refuge in the Buddha
I take refuge in the Dharma
I take refuge in the Sangha
Liberation
To be free of delusions
Liberation
"Liberation is a
permanent inner
peace attained
through the
complete
abandonment of
delusions.“
One of the first
things that the
Buddha did upon
enlightenment was
the turn the “Wheel
of Dharma” by
teaching the Four
Noble Truths.
Attain Nirvana
1. Understand the
samsaric birth
2. Abandon
delusions
3. Practice the paths
of liberation
Five Aggregates or Skandhas
Why no self
Five Skandhas
There are Five Skandhas or
Five Aggregates that make
up humans and these are:
Form
Feeling
Perception
Mental Formation
Consciousness
