Not all volcanoes explode , some just let the
lava calmly flow out of them . One of them is a
shield volcano . One of them exploded in Mt.
St. Helens, Washington . It doesn’t do much
damage because the lava gets pushed out very
slowly.
Volcanoes are made when a opening in Earth’s
crust through witch molten lava, ash and gases
are ejected . Volcanoes aren’t that common
because it takes a lot of years for them to form.

The core of Earth is very hot , that’s why no
one can live on it. When it gets too hot, it melts
and after , the melted hot lava goes inside of
volcanoes and that’s why volcanoes are
dangerous .

To stay safe from a volcano is pretty hard. If
you want to stay safe from one, all I can say is
to go inside, lock the doors , and turn all of
your electronics off . The last thing you can do
is check when it is going to explode and go to
the car with your family , and drive to a safe
place.

Volcanoes do a lot of damage . Some examples
are destroying cities and ruining land . The
worst part is that some people get hurt really
bad . Other people have to go to the hospital.

All the information that I got for this power
point was from my gifted and talent teachers
and a video about volcanoes . I got my
information and wrote it in my notebook .
