How is the Grand Canyon changing
“ The Grand Canyon, like other active
regions on the Earth's crust, is currently being
stretched and thinned, with some areas
undergoing uplift. It is changing because
erosion is increased in uplifted areas due to
potential energy releases from weathering.”
