For thin meat, use a dial or digital instant read
thermometer.
Insert the probe into the side of the meat

and cook in skillet. Turn burger patties often.
Cook patties until burger is at 160 degrees.
• Clean instant read thermometer between each time
you check the burger temperature. Clean by
wiping off thermometer, then rinse under hot
water, dip in bleach solution and dry with paper
towel.
