Understanding Tile
Unlike our competition, We DO NOT “Recreate” the tile.
Tile was designed to last for decades.
• A nonporous glaze is fired in a 2,000 degree kiln for strength and
longevity.
• Characteristics of nonporous ceramic and porcelain tiles resist stains.
• Many building managers equate shine to clean which is not always
the case.
• Recreating the tile destroys the intended manufacturers finish
making it “porous”. Porous = Unprotected.
EXAMPLE:
Nonporous ceramic and porcelain
tile have a matte or natural finish.

It’s the only way their finish surface coat will bond to the surface coat.
Does their “Finish Surface Coat” last? Not as well as a kiln fired glazed tile will.

Restore and Protect Sanded Grout “without” resurfacing the tiled surface.
Step 1
Our non-toxic cleaning and
Prep Crystal solution is
applied, saturating the entire
tile surface. There are no
harmful VOC’s or odor. The
solution dissolves any oils,
cleaning residue and dirt that
may impede the bond of the
Grout Armor® Color Sealer to
the grout.
Step 2
Our proprietary Color Sealer is
applied into the grout lines. The
excess Color Sealer is wiped from
the tile surface, leaving only the
grout line color sealed. This step
also is void of any harmful VOC’s
or malodor.
Step 3
The floor is buffed with a
high-speed buffer,
burnishing off any acrylic
residue while cleaning and
polishing the tile bringing
out its intended look and
shine. If the tiles have a
matte or a faux stone finish
there will not be a high
gloss polished look.
