OnCore Update:
The early adopter Enterprise groups have gone live!
There are currently 2 Ortho and 4 Renal protocols In OnCore.
• The Citrix Application Gateway is scheduled to go live before the end of the year. This will
resolve issues identified in the initial security audit.
• The Cancer Center OnCore team has now completed 75% of the calendars to be built for
migrated studies and budget building is about to begin.
• The Cancer Center OnCore team has completed multiple phases of protocol and review data
validation and has begun the first phase of validation of subject data.
• The mapping for the BioSpecimen (BSM) data to be migrated from TES to OnCore has been
completed. Validation of BSM data will begin in January.
• Project teams have begun working on InfoEd and PeopleSoft integrations with OnCore.
The Cancer Center is schedule to be live by April 30th 2015.
