Participant Panel

Go to (web address) If you get a Preferences page, you can select yes and
change your time zone settings or select no and continue on to the Live
Sessions page.

Green Diamond =
Participant web
portion is ready.

On the Live Sessions page, click on the XX session listed under the
In Progress header.
White or no Diamond =
Participant web portion
is not ready.

Enter your full name and email address (either personal or work) and
click the blue Join Now button.

When you have connected to the web portion, you will get an on-screen
prompt asking you to join the audio portion. Enter your area code and
phone number for the phone you are using to participate in the webinar.
Your phone will ring. When prompted, press 1 to join the audio portion.

Participant audio and web portion are synched. To sync your audio and web:
• On top menu bar, click on Session -> Session Information
• Locate your identity code
• Use your phone keypad to enter the entire code (include # signs)

• If you are having problems connecting to the audio portion of the
session, dial in to the webinar at xxx-xxx-xxxx
• Enter conference code xxx xxx xxxx.
