a custom XML part containing time and billing data.
Introduced with Office 2007, documents can store islands of XML data, called a custom XML part
within a document file.

New Repeating Section content control
Introduced with Office 2007, content controls act as containers for specific kinds of
content. Content controls can be mapped to nodes within a custom XML part.
A Repeating Section content control provides the capability to
bind to a collection of nodes.
