2 Modes

Normal mode & Setting mode
Net Commons has 2 modes
Normal mode
1. Uneditable mode.
2. Anonymous visitor use this mode on non Login status.
Setting mode
1. Editable mode.
2. Administrators can use this mode with Login status.

Change to Setting mode
① Click Setting mode on
If you are in setting mode, you can see some of pulldowns on the page
