To set up an account first visit www.facebook.com

Click on the Sign Up button

Create your account

Read the terms before signing up

Find your friends

Type in your email to find friends you have on your email account

You can also use the search bar at the top of the page to search
friends names

You can communicate in real-time with your Friends using Facebook

It is a popular way to communicate online.
Turn off Chat

Look at the bottom right of you’re the web page

Select the options icon and click “Turn Off Chat”
Video Chat

In order to video chat you will need a Web Cam and a Microphone

Select a friend from your list to chat with

Click the camera icon at the top of the chat window

If this is your first time using video chat you will have to go through a
set-up

Click Install

