 User Information Caching
The ICAP server can cache user information (ip, country of origin)
and use that data for more efficient content substitution and
addition.
 Content Replacement
The ICAP server can search the given HTML code for certain
keywords or special content and remove it or replace with different
content. Currently only addition of content is being made.
