Roles & Responsibilities
• Content Admin = Employee who performs
the regular updates to the Galaxy channel
space with Contribute
• Content Owner = Manager, supervisor or
lead who defines the type of content, defines
the publishing schedule and ensures that the
channel space is updated accordingly

Services team member who can provide
support, guidance and training

What is a Galaxy channel?
A miniature blurb of content that is
served to the user alongside similar
blurbs from other sources.
Think of it like a short advertisement in
the classified section of the newspaper.
