postdoc list is a member of the
grad-postdoc-assn list.
If you need send a message to
the ASP postdocs only then use
the postdocs list.

One last gotcha
 Attachments that are too large will be
rejected. The size limit is ~40KB
What can you do?
 Copy the text from the file and paste
into your email message.
 Ask me to upload the file to the server
and post a link to it.

Multimedia Services handles
all recording, webcasting
and technical assistance
relating to the auditoria and
meeting rooms.
Media
Things you can do to make
things go smoothly with
Multimedia Services.
 Provide copy of presentation prior to taping of
talk.
 Contact your fellow research review presenter
and decide on whose laptop you both will use.
(ASP can provide a loaner if needed)
 Ask me to reserve a room for you. (sometimes
a compromise can be worked out if the room
you would like is already taken)
