As of November 2008
Student interest and online enrollments continue to
grow at the campuses.
Number of online courses and academic programs
continue to grow at all campuses.
Campuses continue to invest significantly in online
course development and delivery.
Attendant online related student services & support
continues to expand at the campuses.
MUS Distance Education
Published two quarterly centrally coordinated
ads for online learning that included
“hot/demand” courses and programs at each of
the eleven campuses.
Web statistics revealed an average of more than
1000 hits per week at the MUS web site:
www.mus.edu/online
Live faculty training webinars by online MUS
faculty revealed over 100 participants at the
eleven campuses. More under development.
MUS Distance Education
Reviewing BoR Policies to simply annual
reporting, better use the technologies.
Building a sustainable online faculty
resource library of training webinars.
Campuses share training, quality
standards for online courses, economies
of scale in securing licensed products.
Piloting a business model template for
sharing online courses/collaborations.
