bookstore (check under MBA).
Recommended: Munter, M. 1999. Guide to
Managerial Communication. You will have to use it in
your assignments. Remember “out there” (like here) it
is easier to progress for the “clueless” but good writers
(communicators) than the well informed with poor
communication skills.
