About Me
PRAJISH KP?
I am a multi-skilled User Experience professional with over 10 years’ experience
designing, developing and managing digital projects for a variety of audiences
across a range of sectors.
Since 2006, I've been happily employed by HUAWEI, a world leader in telecom
industry Over the last one years or so, I've been working as part of Huawei SOA
BPM Software business: implementing new design processes, designing a range
of new features, revamping the UI, carrying out user research and generally
flying the UX flag throughout the organisation.
Thanks to this wealth of experience huawei has given me, I'm proud to say I have an outstanding 'generalist-specialist' skill set, which is a
precious commodity in today's increasingly digital world.
I am passionate about design and love solving problems. I strive for excellence in everything I do. I understand technology and aesthetics in
equal measure but, above all, I care about users and believe strongly in user experience design
I live near Bangalore, with my wife, and 2 kids..

Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) is a standard for business process
modelling that provides a graphical notation for specifying business processes in a
Business Process Diagram (BPD), based on a flowcharting technique very similar to
activity diagrams from Unified Modelling Language (UML). The objective of BPMN is to
support business process management, for both technical users and business users, by
providing a notation that is intuitive to business users, yet able to represent complex
process semantics.

mainly business users (non technical people ) to make changes in their
business flow without the customer support .

SUR- DPI (Service usage reporter – Deep packet inspection tool) Product was one of the
challenging projects ever worked. Due to the time line the task of completing all analysis
and design was always a big task. Following the agile process the complete design of
prototype, testing everything was done from scratch. And the project was delivered to
the customer within 6 months

The complete usability work was completed in china the product includes a standalone
version and a web version. The improvement helped the users in reducing to create the
templates for reports also web version allowed user to schedule the reports and send
the reports to users to their official mail ids

VMS (Voice Mail Service System) is product which includes a web portal as well as a IVR
flow where users can check their missed call alerts create personal caller tunes and
blacklisting of user. After the usability analysis and design the system reduced the no of
clicks in reading the voice mails and other tasks
