• Online payment refers to any payment
made via a web browser for goods and
services using credit or debit cards. They
are also commonly known as:

What Can A Student Pay
• Online payments facilities are now available to

Aston University students allowing payments to
be taken for accommodation and tuition fees
over the Internet.
The web payments service allows students to
view and pay fees instantly over a secure
connection.
Online payments are quick and easy to use at
anytime of the day or night, any day of the year
from anywhere internet access is available.

• Quick Pay allows students to make contributions

against accommodation and tuition fees where
the invoice may not yet have been issued.
Quick Pay does not require a student to be
registered on the web payments system, or to
have an active username.
All students need is their valid student ID and a
valid credit / debit card
It is ideal for use by parents.

Invoice Payments
• In order to make payments against existing

accommodation and tuition invoices a student
will need to register with an active name and
password given at enrolment.
Registration is simple
The “Balance Summary” screen is intended for
use by students registered onto the online
payments system, so that they can review their
outstanding invoices, and select which one to
pay.
