Andrew, Johnathon. "Benefits & Disadvantages of a Meat Diet." Livehealthy.chron.com/. Demand Media, n.d. Web. 28 Mar. 2016. <http://livehealthy.chron.com/benefitsdisadvantages-meat-diet-1908.html>. In this source it talks about just meat which makes it easier to talk about a counter argument. It talks about meat diets and the
advantages and disadvantages of having one. It also gives a pretty good recommendations on how to eat healthy too. It is not too biased and gives the reader main ideas of a
meat diet.
Freedman, Lisa. "All-Meat vs. Vegetarian Diets." Mensfitness.com. Weider Publications, n.d. Web. 28 Mar. 2016. <http://www.mensfitness.com/nutrition/what-to-eat/allmeat-vs-vegetarian-diets>. In this source it shows views from both sides of the argument. It’s a good source because it gives pros and cons of both diets making it the
reader’s choice to pick which one they want. It is also talking more about men since this comes from a men’s fitness website.
JÓZSEF, TAMASI, Dr. "Plant-based Diet (vegan/vegetarian) vs. Meat-eating Diet (predan) from a Medical Perspective | Dr. Tamasi József - Belgyógyászat, Természetes
Gyógymódok, életmód."Http://www.tamasidr.com/. Dr Tamasi Jzsef RSS, 24 Sept. 2013. Web. 01 Apr. 2016. This source gives a lot of good info on vegan diets. It tells the
reader why you should have one and what benefits it has and goes further in to detail on what it does to the actual body. This source may be just on vegan diet and be a little
biased towards them but give some good fact about them this is an overall helpful source.
Lee, Matthew. "Vegan Diet Vs. Real Meat." Healthyeating.sfgate.com. Demand Media, n.d. Web. 29 Mar. 2016. <http://healthyeating.sfgate.com/vegan-diet-vs-real-meat3809.html>. This source gives the reader pretty good info. It gave facts on both sides of the argument which makes it feel less biased, but I tilts more over to the vegan side.
Overall though this is a pretty good source.
"Vegan Diet." US News. U.S.News & World Report, n.d. Web. 30 Mar. 2016. <http://health.usnews.com/best-diet/vegan-diet>. In this article it just talks about just vegan
diets. It sets up some nice info on vegan diets and tells of some good benefits that come from it. It is also a little biased and sounds opinionated, but I gives a basis overview
of a vegan diet and answers common questions asked about it.
