EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Olive oil of the highest quality direcly obtained from olives using exclusively
mechanic procedures. Its aroma and flavour reproduces the oil's origen
and contains all its healthy and nutrient properties of this exceptional
natural product. The extra virgin olive oil is the best olive's natural juice and
is offered filtered or in sticks.
Extra virgin olive oil: its free acidity expressed in oleic acid is 0,9g per 100g
at the most and whose other characteristics conform what is expected in
this clasification..
1. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT

What we understand by "Extra Virgin Olive Oil" is the type of oil
obtained by the trituration of fuit of certain specific varieties of
cultivated olives trees, healthy, and collected in the optimous state of
maduration. Following some exclusively mechanic procedures to
ensure its quality, a natural juice is obtained.

› Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the natural juice of olives obtained by the
grinding of our Picual variety of unparallel quality. The result is an olive
oil with a golden-yellowish colour, fruity, and a little bitter and spicy.

OLIVE OIL FORMATS
 The
most common format for olive oil is the PET
bottle (plastic) either transparent or in a
greenish colour to protect the oil from solar

DESCRIPTION

Serrano ham: This type of ham is the result of the salting and air drying of the rear legs of
the pig. This product is called "paletilla" when obtained from the front legs. ›The Iberian
ham comes from Iberian pigs, much appreciated in the Spanish and Portuguese
gastronomies. It is usually considered a haute cuisine luxorious product.

›In order to be qualified as "Iberian" a minimum of a 50% of purity of this breed is required.

The main characteristices that distinguish the quality of Iberian hams are the purity of the
breed, the free-range farming in the woody pastures where they can freely move and
exercise, the food and finally the ham curing, which usually extends from 8 to 36 months,
requiring more time depending of the size of the leg and the amount of acorn eated by
the pig.
EMBUTIDOS DESCRIPTION

An embutido is a type of sausage found that contains hashed
meat, generally pork, seasoned with aromatic herbs or spices
(pepper, red pepper, garlic, rosemary, thyme, cloves, ginger,
nutmeg, etc.) that is served "embutido," meaning that it is
wrapped in the skin of the pig's intestines. This skin is the main
responsable of the final taste due to its curing qualities. Besides,
they can be stored for relatively long periods of time.
