 Non alcoholic beverages are potable drinks which
have thirst quenching, stimulating and nourishing
properties.
 Other properties are:
 1) It helps to replenish electrolytes in body.
 2) supplement diet to invalids, infants and
convalescent
 3) prevention of dehydration and heat stroke,
diarrhoea.
 4) Supplies instant energy after exercise.
 5)It helps to break ice between individuals and aids
in socializing.
Abstinence from alcoholic drinks are
best.
However there are many alcohol free
drinks which are good for socializing.
Temperance is very difficult in modern
competent world.
Highly colorful drinks as substitute for
cocktails and old familiar scotch and
soda.

Residue is alkaline, and doesn’t cause
any acidity (ascorbic acid gets absorbed
directly).
